Thanks for taking the time to learn more about our team. Grand Construction is a local family-owned Colorado custom home builder that was established in 2016. Prior to Grand Construction, owners Jeff and Brian worked all over Colorado building custom homes and commercial properties dating back to the early 1990s. Over the years Grand Lake became one of our favorite places to build, and today we’ve built a strong reputation as the go-to dream home builder in Grand County.

For many people building a mountain home is a second home, but even more, it’s a dream home. It’s a big investment and often a checkmark on a bucket list. The quality of materials matter, especially with the weather the mountains can dish out. But what really matters is providing peace of mind to our clients throughout the process.
