A frame home is what most people build these days if they’re not building a log home or using some other unique material. Custom frame homes require less maintenance and generally cost less for materials. However, many dream homes are in fact frame homes. The frame part just describes the supporting structure. Although Grand Construction’s main focus is on new builds we do have extensive experience with remodels and additions.
